Two Democratic Representatives upset at the sudden Visa Bulletin (October 2015) changes!

October 1, 2015 – Today two democratic candidates registered their disagreement with the sudden Visa Bulletin changes.  In addition the lawsuit against the Department of State et al. continues adding a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) to force the government to return back to the original visa bulletin. AILA and other organizations have also registered their disdain to this abrupt change.  Our law group is also committed in to pushing the government to actually change their position on this devastating position.  As such we encourage all of you to sign our petition online at
