October 1, 2015 – Today two democratic candidates registered their disagreement with the sudden Visa Bulletin changes. In addition the lawsuit against the Department of State et al. continues adding a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) to force the government to return back to the original visa bulletin. AILA and other organizations have also registered their disdain to this abrupt change.
