August 13, 2015 – The September 2015 visa bulletin is out and it is not great news for either India or China which has retrogressed to January 2006 . However EB3 India moved to December 2004 from June 2004. We hope this EB2 situation for India and China continues. See the full September 2015 Visa Bulletin
